Love it!

I was surprised how effective this mouthwash is, and it's also nice that it's so easy and convenient to use. I've used it before, a long time ago, and just started using it again. I admit, I had been really slacking off on oral hygiene, and am trying to do better now, so I ordered this plus some toothpaste. Both are amazing! I've used this new bottle of mouthwash twice now in recent days, and each time it quickly brightened my teeth and freshened my breath, and made my mouth and teeth feel great. I will definitely be ordering more -- a LOT more!

Like a fresh running spring our Super Mint is a crispy blend of three mints and a touch of green tea. Cool but mellow our mint will refresh your breath without feeling overwhelming. With a touch of tooth friendly botanical sweetener this mint will become one of your favorites.

Ingredients List: Sesame Oil, MCT/Fractionated Coconut Oil, Sea Buckthorn Oil, Hexane Free Stevia, Natural Menthol, Essential Oils of: Peppermint, Tea Tree, Clove, Rose and Rosemary Extract.

Oil Pulling

3-5 times a week, swish a cap full for 5-20 minutes as the oils of sesame and coconut will coax a host of terrible toxins from your teeth and gums, all while you savor sea buckthorn and Essential Oils. While our blend is safe to swallow, we recommend spitting the oil out into the toilet after pulling, since it'll be full of all the bacteria and junk you're trying to get rid of.

Mouthwash

Any time you need a freshen-up, swiftly swish a capful for 1-3 minutes and the oils of clove, mint, and peppermint will leave your mouth as clean as a whistle, and breath so fancy and fresh. We recommend spitting your used oil out in the toilet, some sink plumbing can be sensitive to oils.
