The Dirt on TSA Approved Toiletries
Posted on September 13 2019

How many times have you left your toothpaste or toothbrush behind when traveling? I love to take the 5:50 AM flight out of BNA to get to my destination as soon as possible. The only downside to the early wake up is leaving my toothpaste behind or throwing it in a carry on and not remembering to toss it in my checked luggage.
If you do not travel often, TSA regulates travelers to a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams, and pastes in a carry-on bag and through the checkpoint. These are limited to travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces or less per item.
The Dirt has two products that provide multiple solutions to this problem. First, the 6-week supply of Trace Mineral Toothpowder comes in a small jar and is only .35oz and the sample size Coconut Oil Toothpastes are 1.32oz, which means I can drop it in the bag and not have to worry. It also means that I can continue my natural oral care regimen even on vacation or business travel! Natural toothpaste solutions are not available in the travel-size section at Target or Walmart, friends! Lastly, I can really use this product on the go. It is so natural that I can just swallow it and “carry-on” with freshened breath during a travel day!
Other products I always travel with are the Silk Floss and Lip Balm!More Posts
