Why We made this
This one is personal. Our founder is a big fan of the outdoors so it was nothing out of the ordinary to find her out in her local mountains camping. What was out of the ordinary was the severe sunburn she got on her lips. The sunburn eventually turned in a horrible scab that would peel and get bloody. After years of trying to heal her lips and having recurring scabs and bleeding she had enough.
After trying countless mainstream lip balms, treatments and even prescription antibiotics she decided to take matters into her own hands. She started researching ancient beauty secrets from around the world, Chamomile from Germany, Cocoa Butter from Africa, Ghee from India and more! She sat down to formulate the ultimate natural healing balm.
She wanted to make a balm that lasted for hours, healed irritation, moisturized even after it wore off and felt amazing. After many tries she developed our dirty balm! How do I use it? ✦ Apply liberally as needed to dry lips.
How long will it last? This totally depends on how and how often you use it. Our .15oz / 4.3g tube is about the same volume as a standard chapstick.
Does it work as a sunscreen? We do not recommend this balm for sun protection. It does however have many beneficial ingredients for healing sunburns.
Can I use it on my knuckles, elbows, knees etc. Yes it is excellent as a balm for any dry skin!
Can I swallow it? Technically yes, but we do not recommend eating large amounts, it was not designed as a food :)
Is it ok for kids, elderly, sensitive skin etc Yes many people use the balm for their kids chapped lips, since it has no flavor it will not promote lip licking. It's great for mature skin that needs help holding on to moisture and is excellent for sensitive skin.
How long will it take to receive my order? Domestic Shipping
✦ A Shipping times are effected by your choice of shipping service plus our 1-3 business day handling time.
✦ Most orders in the contiguous United States will arrive within 1-4 days after shipping.
✦ Orders are delivered, but not shipped on Saturdays.
✦ We've shipped tens of thousands of orders, and in our experience the delivery timings are about 95+% accurate.
✦ USPS sometimes misses a delivery, but it is the exception.
✦ We don't control the post office and can't make a delivery guarantee, but generally our orders ship and arrive FAST!
International Shipping
✦ The delivery time will be subject to the destination country's postal service.
✦ We are only responsible for getting the box post marked and to the USPS. After that we disclaim any responsibility for the delivery of the order. Unfortunately we do not have any control over shipping services.
✦ We cannot refund orders that fail due to international postal services inability to deliver or customs issues.
✦ We are not responsible for any customs fees assessed by any country. Please contact the destination post office for details prior to your shipment!

I only received part of my order. Now what? ✦ We have optimized our fulfillment network to get your orders to you as fast as possible. This means that sometimes the contents of your order may be split into multiple shipments to achieve the fastest delivery. If you receive only part of your order, please check your shipment notification. There will likely be multiple tracking links so you can track all portions of your order straight to your door.
